1. Who we are
footprint-lab.com (the “Site”) is operated by PFORTRESS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”). By purchasing from the Site or using our software you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell licenses to proprietary trading indicators (the “Software”) that run inside the ATAS platform, together with accompanying PDF user guides. We are an independent vendor and a participant in the ATAS partner program: links from this Site to atas.net are referral links, and we may earn a commission if you purchase ATAS through them, at no extra cost to you. This Site is not operated by ATAS. You need your own ATAS platform and a compatible market data feed to use the Software; neither is included.
3. Delivery and account linking
Access to the Software is granted to the ATAS account email you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing the correct email. Access normally appears within a few hours of purchase and in any case within one business day. PDF guides are delivered as downloadable files through your customer account.
4. License
Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own trading. You may use it on any machine linked to your own ATAS account. You may not:
- resell, rent, sublicense, share, or transfer the Software or your access;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the detection logic of the Software;
- use the Software to build a competing product or service.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time; changes never affect purchases already made. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Purchases are one-time payments; we do not sell subscriptions.
6. Lifetime updates
“Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the purchased product. Each purchase includes all future updates to that indicator at no extra cost for as long as we offer it for ATAS. Order Flow Suite purchases additionally include future ATAS indicators we release, granted to the same ATAS account.
7. Free trials
Trials are granted to your ATAS account email and expire automatically at the end of the trial period. No payment details are required to start a trial and nothing needs to be cancelled. We may limit trials to one per person, per tool.
8. Access management and revocation
Access is provisioned server-side to your ATAS account. We may suspend or revoke access where a payment is reversed or charged back, where these terms are materially breached, or where fraud is suspected. Where reasonable we will contact you first.
9. Educational purpose and no advice
The Software and all Site content are educational tools for market analysis. They do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice, and they are not a signal service. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or financial institution. See the Risk disclaimer for important risk information.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce profitable trading outcomes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for trading losses, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
