1. Who is responsible
PFORTRESS LIMITED, Hong Kong, operates footprint-lab.com and is responsible for personal data collected through the Site. Contact: support@footprint-lab.com.
2. What we collect
- Order data: your name, billing email, ATAS account email, purchased products, and order history.
- Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and at most the last digits of your card; we never store full card numbers.
- Support data: emails you send us and the information they contain.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting.
3. Why we use it
- to fulfil orders, including granting indicator access to your ATAS account;
- to provide customer support and manage trials, updates, and upgrades;
- to meet accounting, tax, and other legal obligations;
- to protect the Site against fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payment processing;
- ATAS (its operator), to the extent needed to grant indicator access to your ATAS account email;
- Infomaniak, our hosting provider;
- professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong and our processors operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your own jurisdiction. We share only what is needed for the purposes above.
6. Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide lifetime access and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. Support emails are kept for as long as they remain relevant to your account. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. The Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies to our processing. If you are in the EEA or UK, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including data portability and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority. Note that deleting your ATAS account email from our records ends our ability to maintain your indicator access.
