WHY IT EXISTS

Trends die quietly, not dramatically.

Trends do not stop on a single dramatic bar. They die quietly, as the volume feeding each new tick thins out and delta stops confirming the extreme.

Most traders only see that after the reversal is underway. This indicator does the read for you, bar by bar, and marks the spots where the push into a new extreme is losing its fuel.

WHAT IT DOES

Built to do one job well.

Objective, repeatable markers

The subjective is-this-extreme-thinning-out read becomes a consistent flag on the chart.

Auto-scales to activity

Every threshold adapts to each bar’s own volume, so the same settings behave sensibly in quiet and heavy conditions.

Multiple conditions must agree

Independent checks have to line up before a signal prints, filtering out one-dimensional noise.

Strong signals stand out

Higher-conviction prints draw in their own distinct color, so you see them instantly.

HOW IT WORKS

Strict rules, no guesswork.

On each finished bar the indicator profiles the volume feeding the extreme, checks the prints at the very edge, and reads the bar’s delta at genuine new highs and lows.

A marker only appears when several of those independent reads agree, and the strongest cases draw in their own color.

The detection logic itself is our work: refined on live tape, and the reason the tool is worth paying for. Sensitivity, filters, colors and display are all yours to tune.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What data feed do I need?
ATAS connected to a feed that provides footprint/cluster data: real per-price bid and ask volume, like Rithmic or CQG. It works on futures, most crypto perpetuals and volume-based stocks. It is not usable on spot forex, which has no centralized volume.
Which chart types and timeframes work best?
Footprint/cluster charts give the cleanest read, and it also renders on candlesticks. Any bar type works: tick, volume, range, time, Renko, reversal and more. It is built for scalping and intraday trading.
Does it repaint?
Signals are computed from completed bars, so a mark is stable once the bar closes.
Can I combine it with my other order-flow tools?
Yes. It is designed as a confluence layer, so it sits cleanly alongside delta, imbalance, POC, VWAP and your own levels. It flags a condition; you decide how to trade it.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The trial is granted straight to your ATAS account email and expires on its own after 7 days. No card up front, nothing to cancel.
