WHY IT EXISTS

The climaxes that matter are the ones that fail.

A single bar of enormous delta feels like a breakout, but the ones that matter for a turn are the climaxes that fail: aggressive sellers dump into a low, then cannot push it lower.

Spotting that failure live means reading several bars of delta and price extremes at once, and by the time you are sure, the move is already gone. Delta Climax Reversal watches for exactly that pattern and confirms it on the close.

WHAT IT DOES

Built to do one job well.

Rule-based exhaustion

A fuzzy that-climax-looks-exhausted read becomes a defined signal you can review bar by bar on the chart.

Confirmed on close

Signals lock on the close of the confirmation bar, using closed candles only. No marker that appears then vanishes.

Adapts to the instrument

The climax threshold scales with recent average delta, with a floor so quiet windows cannot flag noise.

Directional and readable

Green long below the bar, red short above. Failed selling and failed buying climaxes read at a glance.

HOW IT WORKS

Strict rules, no guesswork.

The indicator tracks a multi-bar sequence: a climax bar whose delta stands far above recent activity, followed by bars that hold the extreme and reverse. Optional filters demand extra confirmation from the final bar before anything prints.

The signal is evaluated and locked on the close of the confirmation bar, never on the forming bar.

The detection logic itself is our work: refined on live tape, and the reason the tool is worth paying for. Sensitivity, filters, colors and display are all yours to tune.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What data feed do I need?
ATAS connected to a feed that provides footprint/cluster data: real per-price bid and ask volume, like Rithmic or CQG. It works on futures, most crypto perpetuals and volume-based stocks. It is not usable on spot forex, which has no centralized volume.
Which chart types and timeframes work best?
Footprint/cluster charts give the cleanest read, and it also renders on candlesticks. Any bar type works: tick, volume, range, time, Renko, reversal and more. It is built for scalping and intraday trading.
Does it repaint?
No. Every signal is evaluated on closed bars and locked on the close of the confirmation bar. A printed marker stays put.
Can I combine it with my other order-flow tools?
Yes. It is designed as a confluence layer, so it sits cleanly alongside delta, imbalance, POC, VWAP and your own levels. It flags a condition; you decide how to trade it.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The trial is granted straight to your ATAS account email and expires on its own after 7 days. No card up front, nothing to cancel.
